The Rideau Waterway Land Trust currently protects 21 lands along the Rideau Corridor. A majority of these lands are Conservation Lands and are not open to the public.
However two of our protected properties are considered Community Lands and are open to the public:
We welcome everyone to enjoy our community properties from May 15-November 15, sunrise to sunset. We ask that all visitors respect the properties’ natural features. In extreme cases, if a community property is being harmed or is at risk in any way, the Land Trust may choose to restrict access.
